We are developing the future of Army Aviation with the Bell Future Long-Range Assault Aircraft (FLRAA) part of the US Army’s Future Vertical Lift (FVL) modernization effort. We are also developing the Bell 525 Relentless and Bell's High-Speed Vertical Take-Off and Landing (HSVTOL) program, a next generation stop-fold tiltrotor.

This position is onsite in Fort Worth, TX.

H-1 Military Sustainment - COI

Sr Asset Managers will support Defense Logistics Agency’s (DLA) Captains of Industry (COI) contracts. This position will be tasked with supporting both the execution and growth of the COI contract that drives the sustainment and readiness for several military aircraft configurations.

What you’ll be doing as a Sr Asset Manager:

Review and identify materials for market basket expansion under the Military Sustainment COI contracts.Work with engineering, contracts, program, and COEs to identify and support configuration changes, material supersessions, substitutions, and obsolescence. Identifying and evaluating consumable spare parts for COI contracts, conducting data analysis, and coordinating across functions to assess supply sources, in-house capabilities, tooling, materials, and engineering statusCustomer support –Pointof contact for issue resolution and coordination of activities to address customer’s needs, including customer inquiries, data analytics, meetings, order status, etc. for 1000’s of parts across the US.Overall supply health alignment – Lead shortage meetings, customer support meetings, and Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) meetings. Responsible for material allocation and release to satisfy customer requirements. Conduct root cause analysis for material shortages, forecast accuracy analysis, and implementing corrective actions.Backlog burn-down –Contribute to thebacklog burndown through coordination of activities with 3PL, customer, and Bell. Expedite supply to support customer requirements through all levels of the supply chain. Involved with contractualmetrics, contract execution, and metric reconciliation activities.Supports new part implementation, including project management, SAP system readiness, and monitoring business capture readinessSupports subcontracting through proposal assessments, ensuring Tech Data Packages are complete, monitoring material availability, and resolving supply chain challenges by coordinating corrective actions with COE stakeholdersAdditional duties as assigned and needed to support the business to include taking part in the organization, planning, and management of new aircraft simulation environments within an Integrated Product Team (IPT), to meet program and customer defined requirements.

Skills You Bring To this Role:

SAP experience in inventory, order management, and Material Requirements Planning (MRP). Strong data analytics skills, including being able to create complex data models and using data to tell stories and create presentations for leadership.MS Office suite proficiency. Excellent verbal, written, communication, and presentation skills.Must be able to comprehend contractual requirements, implement solutions to meet customer expectations, and drive actions to meet metric plans.Must be a team player, strong communicator, and have a strong analytical mindset.Proven ability to understand strategic organizational issues, lead, and influence change through driven tactical execution.Experience in creative problem solving, influencing, project management, change management, and eliminating barriers.Ability to develop trusting relationships to gain support and achieve results at all levels of the organization through an effective network of relationships.

What you need to be successful:

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, finance, business, or engineering. Related degrees with relevant experience will be consideredAt least 2 years of experience in service parts industry, product planning, scheduling, or supply chain management.Experience identifying and implementing process improvement solutions.
