This IT Application Analyst has a technical background in ERP systems and applications and understands Apparel, and Footwear functionalities in general. In this role, you help supporting IT solutions, applications or even systems. Responsible for resolving support ticket, and deliver IT projects and tasks.

 

What you can expect:

Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:

\n\nUnderstand and support retail business processes and functionality focused but not limited to front- and backend application and ERP systems\nParticipate in and contribute to US and international IT related Retail projects \nIntegrate and implement new processes and solutions into existing system landscape\nSupport formal testing conducted by the business for system modifications and fixes\nManage and monitor system communication (interfaces)\nCreate/edit training documentation using a variety of media\n

 

Your profile:

\n5 years’ experience in similar roles\nMinimum Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university\nAble to interface with internal customer and IT Management to communicate complex ideas clearly\nProficiency in SAP AFS modules, with hands-on experience in configuration and support\nUnderstanding of integration points between SAP Retail, SAP CAR, SAP AFS, and other enterprise systems\nCreate/edit training documentation using a variety of media\nAble to occasionally travel internationally - valid passport required.\nAbility to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions; ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations; ability to prioritize and manage commitments and adjust to changing priorities\nAnalytical, independent, structured, and careful work attitude, as well as organizational talent and assertiveness\nExcellent oral and written communication skills in English\nSpeaking other languages like German, Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.\nAble to lift 50lbs\nWhile we value experience and education in candidates, we also look beyond just the skill set and try to find individuals with the right mix of experience, skill, and values\n
