Job Description Insight Global is seeking a highly skilled Senior Android Developer to join a telecommunication client of ours. They will be joining their Mobile Application Team, a dynamic group of 1820 professionals split across two squads, with the majority of the team offshore. This role fills a critical gapthere is currently no Android resource on the team. Team Composition:   45 Developers   4 QA Engineers   Squad Owner   Majority offshore team members Key Responsibilities:   Lead end-to-end Android development for customer-facing and mobile applications   Collaborate closely with developers, QA, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions   Integrate SDKs and explore new technologies, including chatbot functionality (a plus)   Contribute to architecture and design using Jetpack Compose, Kotlin, and React Native   Create scalable, maintainable code and participate in code reviews Work in Agile environments and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives We are a company committed to creating inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
