About the Role:
We are seeking an exceptional Sr.Analytics Manager to drive CrowdStrike's next generation of data strategy and analytics excellence. The ideal candidate is a strategic thought leader who can seamlessly navigate between in-depth technical discussions and executive-level strategy sessions. This role will be instrumental in architecting our enterprise-wide analytics vision, including developing a unified single source of truth dataset roadmap and comprehensive executive dashboard strategy.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of partnering with senior leadership to translate complex business requirements into actionable data initiatives while collaborating closely with data engineering teams to ensure scalable solutions. We're looking for someone who combines deep technical expertise with strong business acumen, capable of influencing C-level decisions through data-driven insights. This role offers the opportunity to shape CrowdStrike's data culture and drive organizational data maturity through strategic initiatives.
What You’ll Do:
Drive organizational data maturity through strategic initiatives
Develop and execute roadmap for unified dataset single source of truth
Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure scalable and efficient data infrastructure
Design comprehensive executive dashboard strategy aligned with business objectives
Partner closely with senior leadership to translate business requirements into actionable data initiatives
Shape company-wide data culture, data governance and best practices
What You’ll Need:
10+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data science roles, with experience successfully navigating large-scale, matrixed organizations
Proven track record of leading complex data analytics initiatives at enterprise scale; successfully bridging the gap between business objectives and technical implementation
Exceptional ability to navigate between deep technical discussions and executive-level strategic conversations
Strong command of tools such as SQL, Python/R, Tableau/CRMA, and Snowflake
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field required; advanced degree (MS, MBA, or PhD) preferred
