We are currently looking for a Sr. Analyst Warranty Cost Recovery to join our team in Mexico City. This role supports the Total Customer Satisfaction Division by analyzing and reporting warranty claim activity, driving cost recovery efforts, and contributing to Nissan’s brand value and profitable growth

A Day in the Life:

Prepare and analyze monthly warranty claim activity reports and deliver insightful month-end analysis to stakeholdersConduct quantitative and Weibull analyses to identify key issues and trends in warranty dataCollaborate with stakeholders to ensure reporting aligns with business needsApply analytical tools to solve business problems and improve warranty cost recoveryUnderstand dealer processes to provide actionable recommendations

Who We’re Looking for:

Required:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experienceAdvanced English Level5+ years of experience in data/statistical analysis and dealer operationsStrong leadership, project management, and analytical skillsAdvanced proficiency in MS Excel (Macros, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), relational databases (Access, Oracle, SQL, Snowflake)Excellent communication skills, including executive-level presentation capabilities
 

Desired:

Experience in Manufacturing, R&D, or Supply Chain ManagementFamiliarity with automotive suppliers and warranty policiesExperience with budget forecasting and trackingKnowledge of vehicle systems and dealer operationsExperience with visualization tools (Tableau) and mainframe FOCUS
