Sr. Analyst - Retail Technonlgy
Position OverviewThe Sr. Retail Technology Analyst (SRTA) provides training and support services for the Retail Technology suite of products. The SRTA is responsible for service and support of all Retail Technology software and hardware, including installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting. This position must be able to support multiple Retail Technology teams and provide project and team leadership. The SRTA works with other team members and the Retail Services Leadership Team to demonstrate The C&S Way and the Company's Values, execute the Company's Strategic Objectives, and continually elevate the Customer Experience.

Job DescriptionDescription

Provide advanced technical and application support to our Retailers for all solutions within the Retail Technology suite of services including back-office HQ and store applications, point-of-sale, sign/tag software, networking, etc. Provide Level 2 technical support to our Retailers when escalated from the Level 1 Retail Technology Help Desk team, and escalate to Level 3 Management when required. Instruct, guide and support technicians on the processes and procedures used within Retail Technology and oversee projects and teams in the field. Provide hardware service and support for Retailer equipment including servers, computers, network, and point-of-sale. Provide Retailers with service that includes remote and on-site field support in Retail supermarkets. Provide intermediate-level application training to our Retailers for the Retail Technology suite of services. Assist Retailers with technology decision-making through counseling, advice, and recommendations on technology solutions and services.Travel Required:Yes
