We have an exciting opportunity for an Sr Analyst, Procurement who will be responsible for aiding in the procurement activities associated with the Naval Power Closed In Weapons Systems (CIWS)Team that provides dedicated support managing procurements of multiple technologies for the CIWS program. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic growth-oriented environment that supports a broad portfolio of programs and reports to the Senior Procurement Manager.
**What You Will Do:**
Drive the success for metrics, Late to Place, Late to Dock Past and Future, Delinquent Material, etc.
Review of SOW’s (Statements of Work) and In-house estimates
Creating PIA/NDA’s (Proprietary Information Agreement/ Non-Disclosure Agreement)
Evaluating, identifying, and selecting suppliers and business partners
Obtaining Proposal/Quotation activities from prospective subcontractors and employing various techniques to analyze cost/price, technical capability, and financial viability
Develop negotiation strategies and lead formal negotiations (Price, Delivery, Terms)
Place Purchase Orders of high dollar levels and procurement complexity
Perform risk analysis and develop mitigation plans and solutions to problems
Drive the success of meeting depot MRP and financial requirements
Perform subcontract management of high dollar purchase orders utilizing integrated supply chain models in compliance with all regulatory and corporate requirements
Primary capabilities in subcontract management such as the following will be needed:
Travel to Raytheon Technologies and supplier facilities as deemed necessary and appropriate to conduct business.
**Qualifications You Must Have:**
Typically requires a Bachelor’s and a minimum of 2 years prior relevant experience, or an Advance Degree
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
**Qualifications We Prefer:**
Experience Analyzing Cost and Pricing Data and determining proposal compliance
Experience with technical requirements of procured hardware and services including Statement of Work (SOW) review
Experience placing Purchase Orders of high dollar levels and procurement complexity
Experienced in contributing to the successful completion of a project which enhanced performance within an area of responsibility
SAP based environment experience
Ability to successfully execute competitive procurements including development of evaluation criteria

The salary range for this role is 66,000 USD - 130,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
