Job Description

Come join Visa's dynamic People Systems organization, a team that is responsible for enhancing our systems and providing exceptional employee experiences.

As a Sr. Analyst, Talent Management Systems, you will be responsible for configuring, designing, optimizing, and maintaining Visa’s Talent Management systems, with a primary focus on Workday Talent modules (including Performance) and related external systems across a global organization. You will work closely with Talent Management stakeholders, HR, IT, vendors, and others to ensure our Talent Management platforms empower Visa’s people and leaders to excel, develop, and grow.

You will leverage your expertise in Talent Management systems to champion enhancements, provide creative solutions, and drive efficiency and effectiveness in talent processes and programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze, design, configure, test, and maintain Talent Management systems and applications that support talent, performance management, succession, objective setting, and employee development programs.Act as a consultative partner with COE subject matter experts to gather requirements, recommend solutions, and ensure successful delivery of talent-related initiatives.Manage relationships with Talent Management, and other stakeholders to proactively identify issues and provide timely, solutions-focused support.Model exceptional communication and customer-facing skills, interacting with and listening effectively to diverse groups of global stakeholders, both technical and business.Seek and identify continuous improvement opportunities, staying up to date on new system features and best practices to enhance the talent experience.Facilitate user acceptance testing, including test case development, execution, and documentation, contribute to overall test strategies for talent modules.Evaluate upcoming Workday releases, assess potential impact, and recommend enhancements that drive business value and innovation as neededConduct root cause analysis and apply business knowledge to recommend system and process enhancements within the Talent ecosystem.

This is a remote position. A remote position does not require job duties be performed within proximity of a Visa office location. Remote positions may be required to be present at a Visa office with scheduled notice

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD

Preferred Qualifications:

6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD3+ years total Workday configuration or technical HRIS experience2+ years’ experience configuring Workday Talent Management modulesExperience with Workday Skills, Career Hub, Talent MarketplaceExperience with Workday business processes, custom reports, security, calculated fields, EIBs, and dashboardsExperience supporting Talent Management processes in a global organizationExceptional communication and customer-facing skills, able to interact effectively with diverse groups of global stakeholders, both technical and business usersExperience working with Jira and familiarity with Agile delivery methodsDemonstrated ability to build relationships, actively listen, and deliver customer-focused solutionsStrong follow-through and ability to drive resolution of complex system issuesExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills, with attention to detail and accuracyWorkday Pro Certification(s) in Talent modules preferred

Additional Information

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting.  The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is $95,400 USD to $180,650 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable).  If you are located in Colorado, the estimated salary range for this position is $105,900 USD to $153,550 USD per year.  Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for an annual bonus and equity.  Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position is eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), Employee Stock Purchase Program, FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off and Wellness Programs.
