Sr. Analyst - Investment Business Management
This role will provide support to Investment teams with primary focus on Fixed Income operations, Advanced Analytics initiatives and specialized investment operations tasks. Reporting to the EMEA Fixed Income Business Support Manager, this position will assist with both the operational support of EMEA Fixed Income and the coordination of technology-driven efficiency initiatives through the Advanced Analytics function, which is a partnership between Technology and Front Office teams globally.

Key Responsibilities:Fixed Income & Advanced Analytics SupportServe as a key liaison between investment teams, technology partners, and operational stakeholders globallyManage complex stakeholder communications across multiple time zones and business unitsAssist in managing escalations from fund managers and the Head of Fixed Income EMEA, coordinating resolution teams when operational issues ariseSupport the coordination of FIAT (Fixed Income Automation Team) activities and BAU enhancementsDocument and track new desk procedures, policies, and Risk Events (REVs)Facilitate cross-functional meetings, take comprehensive notes, and ensure effective follow-upProduce high-quality documentation for technology enhancement initiatives and stakeholder meetingsSupport the intake process for understanding Investment teams' automation and efficiency needsHelp with administrative tracking and prioritisation of technology resources and implementationCreate and maintain project documentation and status updatesBuild and nurture relationships with global stakeholders to ensure effective collaborationAdditional ResponsibilitiesProvide support for North America commission reporting using the Castine systemAssist with US Multi-Manager fund operations, including overdraft monitoring and resolutionSupport additional investment operations tasks as neededTake on expanded responsibilities supporting investment teams over time

Operational ExcellenceDevelop and maintain effective communication channels between global teamsCreate and distribute meeting materials and follow-up documentationTrack action items to ensure timely resolution of issuesSupport continuous improvement initiatives across Fixed Income operationsAssist with training coordination for new systems or processesMaintain documentation of operational processes and procedural changes

Skills & QualificationsExperience3-5 years of experience in the asset management / financial services industryPrevious experience in investment operations, project coordination, or business analysisExperience working in a global support function with multiple stakeholdersDemonstrated track record of effective stakeholder management and communicationTechnical KnowledgeStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and TeamsExperience with project management and documentation tools a plusUnderstanding of fixed income markets and operations beneficial but not requiredPrior experience using Aladdin OMS would be beneficial but not essentialKnowledge of financial systems and technology infrastructure beneficialCore CompetenciesExceptional written and verbal communication skills with ability to influence and align diverse stakeholdersStrong meeting facilitation and documentation abilitiesExcellent stakeholder management capabilities across organizational levelsAbility to organize and prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environmentDetail-oriented with strong follow-through on commitmentsProactive problem-solving approachAdaptability and resilience when handling urgent mattersAbility to work independently while coordinating with global teamsStrong interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships across organisational boundariesAnalytical mindset with ability to identify discrepancies in financial dataEducationBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related fieldPost-graduate qualification in Finance or related discipline preferred
