Contracting is responsible for the development and execution of contract strategy and execution for customers within the JJMT Commercial Excellence. Contracting includes the development and delivery of Contracting Strategies (contracting options, etc.), Deal Desk (single point of contact, rapid response hub for developing contracts), Customer Analytics (preparation of customer-ready analytics and materials for the field to support customer updates and negotiations), Contract Management (Contract executing, loading, and tracking compliance) and CPC governance (rules and processes for approving deal exceptions). The Contracting group works in close collaboration with the field to put together the most appropriate offering (products, pricing, solutions, and T&Cs) for the customer as possible while still supporting the objectives and strategies of the business. The Contract Compliance Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders such as the Field Sales Organization (FSO), Contract Management, Offer Development, and other business partners to review and research contract specific deliverables. The Compliance Analyst will drive Best Practices & Consistency across Contract Management while acting as an agent of change while connecting with the CM & Account Management to surface, challenge & drive resolution through compliance results. **Responsibilities** + Support SOX compliance processes as needed. + Assist with coordination of annual update of Contract Management SOPs and WIs + Ad hoc support for Analysts and Management, including preparing reports, work instruction draft/test, letter preparation for mass mailing, document support for outside Council. + Partners with the Account Management, Deal Desk, Contract Management, Contract Strategy teams as needed to communicate contract compliance results. + Understand and administer current Pricing Strategies + Managing the sales contract compliance measurement process including reporting to Account Management and subsequent action plan recommendation + Identifying and implementing process and system improvements **Qualifications:** Business Knowledge: + Business Processes, Policies and Strategic Objectives + Strategic Thinking + Fact-based and analytical + Drive to understand the JJMD products and offerings, strategies and business objectives is required. + Ability to drive adherence to protocols and business rules is required Communications: + Ability to work well in a cross-functional environment and build support across a complex set of stakeholders. + Ability to form strong, trust-based relationships with FSO, Franchises, Deal Desk Managers, Contract Strategy, and all business partners. + Ability to influence and align complex groups of stakeholders towards overall business objectives. + Strong organizational skills, time management skills and ability to self-manage in a complex / time sensitive environment is required.
