**What You Will Do**
As a Sr. Data Analyst on the Business and Financial Modeling team within the Ascension Data Science Institute (ADSI), you will have the opportunity to participate in the development of new models, reports, and dashboards that integrate multiple data sources into cohesive deliverables to provide new and valuable insights to business leaders.
**Responsibilities**
+ Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into effective dashboards and other reporting
+ Use Google BigQuery and other tools to join data tables across various data sources, to build KPIs and other metrics as requested
+ Ensure accuracy and reliability of data by performing quality checks, and working with data intelligence teams to troubleshoot data issues and resolve discrepancies
+ Design, develop, and maintain dashboards in Tableau, ensuring KPIs are effectively monitored for insights into service line performance
+ Gather and present insights to senior leadership, clearly communicating complex concepts
+ Provide end-user training and support on our data and visualization products to ensure successful adoption and usage
+ Perform ad hoc analyses and other duties as assigned
**Work Experience:**
+ 3 years of experience preferred
+ Finance experience in a corporate setting preferred
+ Healthcare experience preferred
+ Technical data experience preferred
**Requirements**
Education:
+ High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree required.
Work Experience:
+ 3 years of experience preferred.
