**Job Summary**
We are seeking a Sr. Analyst with 7 to 11 years of experience specializing in Tivoli Workload Scheduler. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model focusing on optimizing scheduling processes. Experience in the Hotels or Food Services domain is a plus. This role does not require travel and operates during day shifts.
**Responsibilities**
+ Manage and optimize Tivoli Workload Scheduler to ensure efficient scheduling processes.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align scheduling with business objectives.
+ Analyze and troubleshoot scheduling issues to minimize downtime and enhance productivity.
+ Develop and implement scheduling strategies that improve operational efficiency.
+ Provide technical support and guidance to team members on scheduling best practices.
+ Monitor system performance and make recommendations for improvements.
+ Document scheduling processes and maintain accurate records for audit purposes.
+ Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all scheduling activities.

+ Coordinate with IT teams to integrate scheduling solutions with existing systems.

**Qualifications**
+ Possess strong expertise in Tivoli Workload Scheduler with proven experience in managing complex scheduling environments.
+ Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve scheduling issues efficiently.
+ Exhibit strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
