The Pricing Operations Team provides administration and support for special prices to Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service personnel in USAC region. **The impact you will make in this role** · Execute transactional pricing process for area based on governance process · Transact standard price change request according to governance process · Transact deviated price request according to area leverage and playbook · Process the requested promotions according to the established framework · Escalate to area portfolio leader the quotation request · Execute price change into the system · Identify and escalate transactional process improvement opportunities to generate better customer experience and simplify processes · Reject request outside USAC governance policy **Your Skills and Expertise** To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications: · Proven ability to work effectively and collaboratively across businesses and operations teams · High level of autonomy and data-driven decision-making capacity · Demonstrated ability brings customer needs to life · Ability to manage difficult situations · English level B2-C1 · Demonstrate Strong Attention to Detail to ensure accuracy on data reports and processes. · Ongoing communications with Pricing, Customer Service, and business stakeholders via email, Sales Force cases, etc. · Demonstrated problem solving, reasoning, and analytical skills · Report execution and communications with Customer Service, Sales and Marketers.
