As a Senior Analyst, you will contribute to the reimagining of how we heal by managing supply chain operations and optimizing business outcomes in support of innovative treatments. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** + Manage the day-to-day U.S. Trauma/CMF, Spine, & Sports Short-Term Exception Management (STEM) businesses. + Execute manual allocation, order-to-order reallocation, and demand management activities to enhance customer service. + Communicate with US Commercial partners regarding inventory availability and engage in STEM processes and forums. + Perform root cause analysis and drive issue resolution to meet metrics such as On-Time/In-Full (OTIF) at Delivery/Shipment/Allocation. + Report on key priority orders and expedite supply to ensure timely fulfillment. + Support the monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes as required. + Ensure job aids are up to date and train regional team colleagues in key business processes. + Exhibit strong skills in Alteryx and a desire to continue learning and developing expertise. **QUALIFICATIONS** **Education:** + A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. **EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:** **Required:** + Minimum of 2 years of professional work experience in Supply Chain or Commercial Operations. + Excellent understanding of ERP systems (e.g., SAP). + Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. + Strong understanding of End-to-End Supply Chain principles. + Ability to work independently in a structured and driven way. **PREFERRED:** + Ability to influence without direct authority. + Familiarity with key tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Alteryx. + APICS, Six Sigma, IBF, or Project Management certification is preferred. **OTHER:** + **Travel percentage:** Requires up to 10% travel. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis. Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance.
