What Sales Operations Management contributes to Cardinal Health
Sales Enablement is responsible for supporting the sales organization and driving operational excellence to achieve the strategic and growth objectives established by the sales organization. This includes supporting disciplined sales execution; increasing win rates by providing selling support throughout the opportunity life cycle; reduce the administrative burden and barriers; and enhancing that customer and rep experience.
Responsibilities
This individual is responsible for developing, quantifying and evaluating the transformation of internal and external information into business intelligence (including data acquisition, mining, analysis, data integrity management, reporting) and, for supporting and executing processes that optimize selling time and drive profitable growth in partnership with the field sales organization.
Responsible for ownership of the self-service platforms (SharePoint, GMB) that support sales teams, customer service, operations, and other functional team stakeholder requestsExecute on sales team requests that support the Non-Acute Pharmaceutical Division to alleviate administrative burdenWorks with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations for internal and external customersResearches operational issues that may arise from day-to-day activitiesUnderstands how to identify barriers and resolveAd-Hoc reporting including but not limited to sales, contracts, and product informationResearch pricing inquiries, perform contract and pricing audits, and specialized contract pricing supportProcess streamlining and optimizationProvide sales teams training on program and associated systems

Anticipated salary range: $56,200 - $84,420
