Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Sr. Analyst, Revenue Cycle Management to join our Accounting department!

 

The Sr. Analyst, Revenue Cycle Management is responsible for supporting client onboarding and ongoing contract administration of the Navitus Clients best-in-class billing and analytics systems and processes.  The primary goal of this role is to ensure revenue capture is accurate and timely with emphasis on reducing manual efforts for billing and collections for Navitus and clients. There is a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences with this component of their relationship with Navitus.  The incumbent in this role will also provide guidance and support to other team members.

Responsibilities

How do I make an impact on my team? 

Partners with the Sr. Manager, Revenue Cycle Management to assess and enhance the processes for billing, collections, and cash application, ensuring billing is consistent with the terms included in the client contractFacilitates partnership with account executive teams as well as industry relations and rebate teams to ensure fee changes, billing, collection, and rebate distributions are communicated to clients accurately and on a timely basisServe as a data quality steward for contract and financial dataPrepares documentation of billing and collection policies and proceduresResolves billing and collections issues, ensuring high levels of client satisfactionEstablishes and maintains effective working relationships with internal and external clientsOther duties as assigned Qualifications

What our team expects from you?

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or related fieldMinimum of four years of experience in billing and collections, with at least three years of experience utilizing an automated billing solution in a dynamic environmentKnowledge and experience with financial system applications/ERP software such as Oracle (ORMB/Fusion), SAP, NetSuite, etc. are preferredParticipate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectivesThe ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
