What You'll Be Doing
Providing technical expertise for small to medium complex projects and initiatives as they relate to the implementation and support of application and infrastructure technology for a multi-platform environment including: Enterprise Data Hub (EDH), Enterprise Data Gateway Environment (EDGE), and Customer Experience Data Platform (CxDP). Communicating electronically and in-person (when required) with application and infrastructure technology end-users experiencing difficulties to determine and document problems experienced.

How You'll Succeed
Monitoring & Reporting - Providing expertise on service requests to ensure adherence to standards and processes, identifying inconsistencies, analyzing potential impacts, and taking appropriate actions. You will also be expected to provide after hours support on a rotational basis.
Escalating more complex issues and concerns, along with providing alternative recommendations for resolution to the next level.
Identifying & Resolving Issues - Working on small to medium complex production problems for support of applications reported end-users. Providing advice and training to end-users in response to identified difficulties in the application and infrastructure technology.
Executing Enhancements - Implementation plans for new small to medium complexity application and maintenance updates. Monitoring and analyzing supported services to identify opportunities for improvement and recommending solutions.
Knowledge Management - Collecting, organizing, and maintaining the knowledge base for use by other technical support analysts and improvement of mean-time-to-resolution (MTTR).
Who you are
You can demonstrate experience in a Windows and UNIX environment with an adherence to process, creative problem solving and critical thinking. You have experience working on SQL servers and queries. It is an asset if you have experience in ITIL and Azure. Knowledge of Shell Scripting / Automation, Jenkins, Artifactory is a plus.
