What Performance Monitoring contributes to Cardinal Health
Customer Service is responsible for establishing, maintaining and enhancing customer business through contract administration, customer orders, and problem resolution.
Performance Monitoring is responsible for monitoring, analyzing and reviewing customer contact quality.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in related fieldExperience in a customer service environmentStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficient in data analysis tools** Interested employees have to be in his/her current role for a minimum of 1 year to be eligible to apply for this position. The final position/level of this role will be based on the successful candidate's current level and the Performance Monitoring career progression.
