Are You:
Experienced in HR Operations (preferably Workday environments)? An analytical self-starter who can demonstrate the ability to take initiative to identify issues and recommend solutions?As the Sr. Analyst, People Services, you will be managing the administration of the employee lifecycle. This role will support and execute end-to-end HR processes within the Workday platform, ensuring accurate employee data management, efficient administration of the employee lifecycle (hire-retire), and align with organizational goals and policies. As part of the People Services team, the Sr. Analyst will act as a key liaison between HR partners and the business as well as being responsible for supporting HR Service Delivery.
A Day in the Life
Administer the full employee lifecycle within Workday, including recruitment, onboarding, job changes and offboarding, ensuring a smooth and compliant experience at each stagePartner with HR business partners to ensure timely and accurate execution of HR transactions and to maintain all employee HR records in WorkdayProvide strategic guidance, training and support to HR partners and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational policies and HR best practicesReview and/or approve employee data changes in Workday while maintaining data integrity and complianceMaintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information and ensure compliance with data governance standardsIdentify opportunities to streamline, automate, and improve HR operations and Service DeliveryMaintain People Services databases, reports, records, and documents as needed. Support People Services centralized email inboxSupport Service Now platform (Tier 1 AskHR tickets), identify and assign Tier 1 support for AskHR ticketsRequirements
5+ years of HR generalist operations experience, preferably in the Workday environment as well as 5+ years partnering with cross-functional teams2 – 3 years experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Excellent analytical, problem-solving and a strong conceptual aptitude to innovate business challengesWell-rounded HR understanding with proven ability to tailor approaches to unique organizational challengesExcellent analytical, problem-solving and a strong conceptual aptitude to innovate business challengesAbility to prioritize user experience and satisfaction in all interactions with a customer focused mindsetProficient in adapting communication styles to diverse audiencesAbility to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrityCapable of working collaboratively and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced settingThe hiring base salary range for this position is $76,300 to $104,900 annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. Please note that the disclosed salary range is solely for candidates hired to perform work within this geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
