Sr. Analyst, Global Travel
**_What Security contributes to Cardinal Health_** Security implements measures to safeguard the company's assets from circumstances and threats that would cause harm or loss. Security ensures the credentialing of visitors, provides surveillance of the company's facilities, enforces regular security standards and procedures, responds to security crises, and manages relationships with security vendors. The Global Travel team structures our services with specific focus on efficiency and to ever-changing global risks. **_Responsibilities_** + Act as the technology administrator for SAP Concur Travel, managing rules, configurations, and site updates. + Provide technical support on travel technology and supplier implementations as well as maintain documentation for internal IT Business Resiliency teams. + Analyze travel patterns and make recommendations to global travel team for cost savings and compliance areas. + Provide global reporting to internal stakeholders through the creation of reports within existing data systems. + Work with external data aggregation vendor to maintain and improve travel spend and compliance dashboards and implement paginated reporting to cost centers. + Maintain knowledge of the travel data flow and auditing access to and accuracy of data. + Support travel advisors with annual Global Hotel RFP using Lanyon technology and data reporting. + Develop and execute analysis related to supplier contracts and commodities. + Assist with and create travel program presentations and lead employee trainings for online booking tool. + Uses knowledge of business objectives, strategies, and needs to identify opportunities where data can be leveraged to achieve the desired business benefits. + Lead the project management of travel technology projects as well as provide data analytics and technology expertise in team projects. + Lead the intern housing program hotel sourcing RFP, working with internal security and intern coordinator to source hotels. **_Qualifications_** + Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred + 2-4 years of experience in global travel and/or technology and data, preferred + Knowledge of technology systems (Concur Travel, Lanyon, etc.) is preferred + Experience with SAP Concur Travel on the Administrator side preferred + Ability to work with and interpret large sets of data + Demonstrates knowledge of corporate concepts, policies and procedures + Identifies possible solutions to a variety of technical problems and takes actions to resolve + Ability to interact effectively at all levels and throughout multiple cultures + Committed to customer focus and operational excellence + Excellent verbal and written communication skills + Strong computer skills, specifically Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint + High ethical standards with excellent planning and organization skills + Ability to apply knowledge and experiences to a rapidly-changing environment + An analytical mind with strong business acumen **_Location_** : This is a remote position but willing to travel to Dublin, Ohio to attend onsite meetings, as needed (approximately 1 time per quarter) **_What is expected of you and others at this level_** + Applies working knowledge in the application of concepts, principles and technical capabilities to perform varied tasks + Works on projects of moderate scope and complexity + Identifies possible solutions to a variety of technical problems and takes action to resolve + Applies judgment within defined parameters + Receives general guidance and may receive more detailed instruction on new projects + Work reviewed for sound reasoning and accuracy **_Anticipated salary range_** **:** $56,200-80,400 **_Bonus eligible_** **:** No **_Benefits_** **:** Cardinal Health offers a wide variety of benefits and programs to support health and well-being. + Medical, dental and vision coverage + Paid time off plan + Health savings account (HSA) + 401k savings plan + Access to wages before pay day with myFlexPay + Flexible spending accounts (FSAs) + Short- and long-term disability coverage + Work-Life resources + Paid parental leave + Healthy lifestyle programs **_Application window anticipated to close_** **:** 09/30/2025 *if interested in the opportunity, please submit application as soon as possible. _The salary range listed is an estimate.
