Job Summary

FreeWheel, a Comcast Company, is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Analyst to join our Deal Desk team, focusing on portfolio-level strategy and operational improvements. This role will support strategic initiatives that enhance the efficiency, scalability, and performance of our deal processes across both supply and demand verticals. While this role will not work on specific deals, it will concentrate on broader process optimization, data analysis, and performance tracking to help drive revenue growth and margin improvement. This role will report to the Director, Deal Desk.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers (Sales Strategy, Finance, Product Marketing, Legal) to continuously improve deal desk operations and automate workflow:Facilitate internal reviews to gather input/feedback for process improvements.Develop and refine deal model templates (Excel) and automation of input data (e.g., historical data pulls) to drive greater consistency and scalability across deal types.Develop and publish playbooks and documentation for new deal types and market segments.Define and standardize deal governance processes and support frameworks.Drive the creation of a digital process for Deal Desk intake, prioritization, and assignment.

Lead our transformation into a more data-driven Deal Desk team, serving as the primary owner for all Deal Desk reporting, performance tracking, and insights:Maintain centralized dashboards and reporting tools to monitor deal desk KPIs and pipeline health.Analyze historical deal performance and market dynamics to identify trends and opportunities for margin improvement and revenue growth.Partner with Revenue Operations to establish Deal Desk pipeline reporting and provide weekly updates for senior sales leaders in pipeline meetings.Support the Director in publishing Deal Desk quarterly newsletter to the revenue organization.

RequirementsBachelor’s degree3–5 years of experience in an analytical or operations role (internships or co-op experience welcome).Strong proficiency in Excel; and experience with Looker, Salesforce, or similar tools is a plus.Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.Strong communication and collaboration skills; comfortable working cross-functionally.Self-starter with a growth mindset and a passion for process improvement.Curiosity and a desire to understand how things work, with enthusiasm for continuous improvement.

Salary:

Primary Location Pay Range: $82,686.47 - $124,029.71

Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. The application window is 30 days from the date job is posted, unless the number of applicants requires it to close sooner or later.
