About the Role

Leads development tasks and coordinates team members to deliver on time and meet user requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. As a developer(50%~70%):

Compliance application development, maintenance and upgradingWrite design or design review;Troubleshooting and solve the system problem

2. As a task leader(10%~15%):

Discuss user requirement with user, BA.Coach or lead vender to complete development task

3. As a project manager(10%~20%):

Manage the project team, assign tasks, and monitor progress.Cooperate with user, BA, developer to implement the projectOther tasks assigned by the team leader

Job Requirements:    

Experience:
1.    At least 3 years of experience in data application development and data analysis, with solid Java development experience.  
2.    Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing data teams, including mentoring, coaching, and performance management.
3.    Experience in data governance and compliance practices is preferred.

Skills:
1.    Proficient in Java programming language with rich experience in data application development, especially with frameworks like Spring Boot and Spring Cloud.  
2.    Knowledge of database technologies such as MySQL and Oracle, with the ability to design and optimize databases.  
3.    Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques, such as SQL, AI
4.    Understanding of data warehouse architecture with experience in ETL process design and implementation.  
5.    Familiarity with data governance tools and methodologies. 

Education and other:
1.    Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science or a related field.
2.    Excellent communication and coordination abilities to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams；
3.    High sense of responsibility and self-motivation, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
