Join Ingredion and be part of a global team that transforms natural ingredients into impactful solutions. You will play a key role in ensuring financial accuracy and supporting critical business decisions across North America.
As a Sr. Analyst, Cost Accounting, you will execute cost accounting transactions for the North America business, ensuring accuracy and compliance. You will participate in month-end and year-end closing processes and support financial reporting and audits.
This role reports to the Associate Manager, Fixed Assets & Inventories Americas.
What will you do:
Assist in the preparation of financial statements to ensure accurate expenditure data for US/Canadian business.Provide financial information for internal/external audits in a timely and accurate manner.Book journal entries and ensure compliance with applicable standards.Support corporate cost accounting with reports and journal entries (e.g., inventories, raw material consumption).Set up BOMs and routers in ERP systems.Perform account and variance analysis and support ad hoc projects.Identify and implement system improvements to enhance financial information availability.Collaborate with internal teams and support business units, especially manufacturing plants.What you will bring:
4+ years of experience in general accounting, financial analysis, reporting, or auditing in manufacturing and multinational environments.Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.Advanced English language skills (C1 level).Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel.Experience with SAP, including FICO and MM modules.Who you are:
