Sr. Analyst, Comcast Advertising Governance
Comcast Advertising is driving the TV advertising industry forward, from delivering ads to linear and digital audiences to pioneering the tech that makes it possible. We help brands connect with their audiences on every screen using advanced data, technology, and premium video content. Our media sales division helps local, regional, and national brands reach potential customers through multiscreen TV advertising. Job Summary

Position Overview: Responsible for supporting the design, execution, and continuous improvement of governance structures and strategic planning processes across the organization. This role ensures that decision-making frameworks, planning cycles, and performance oversight mechanisms are well-integrated, transparent, and aligned with enterprise objectives. The analyst partners with cross-functional teams to drive clarity, accountability, and strategic alignment, enabling leadership to make informed, forward-looking decisions.

Job Description

Key Scope & Ownership:

Governance & Planning SupportSupport the development and maintenance of governance frameworks and decision-making structures.Assist in coordinating strategic planning cycles, including annual operating plans and multi-year strategy development.Performance Tracking & ReportingTrack progress on strategic initiatives and maintain operating plan reports to monitor alignment with organizational goals.Prepare executive-level updates and summaries to support leadership visibility and decision-making.Tool & Template ManagementDevelop and maintain planning tools and templates that support governance and planning activities.Ensure consistency and quality of reporting through structured documentation and process support.Analytical Insight DevelopmentConduct structured analysis to identify gaps, opportunities, and priorities.Translate data into actionable insights that inform strategic decisions.Meeting & Stakeholder CoordinationOrganize and manage governance-related meetings, including agenda development and follow-up coordination.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather updates and support planning deliverables.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field2-5 years of experience in strategic planning, business analysis,Proven ability to support planning cycles, synthesize data into strategic insights, and advise leadershipAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Suite tools, i.e. Excel, PowerPointStrong communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills in high-stakes environmentsProficiency in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and Smartsheet for planning, reporting, and analysis.Certifications such as CBAP®, SPP, Lean Six Sigma, or CAPM® are a plus.
