As a Process Improvement Engineer here at\nHoneywell, you will play a critical role in driving end-to-end process\nimprovements through systemic resolutions. With your Six Sigma Black Belt\ncertification, you will focus on analyzing the failure trends, identifying\nopportunities for improvements in areas such as Order Fulfillment, Returns, and\nCustomer interfacing processes. You will lead and support process improvement\ninitiatives, ensuring the successful execution of improvement projects and the\ndelivery of high-quality solutions. In this role, you will collaborate with\ncross-functional teams to analyze data, identify areas for improvement, and\nimplement initiatives to optimize operational processes and enhance the overall\ncustomer experience.

You will report directly to our Americas Customer Quality Manager, and you'll\nwork out of our San Luis Potosi, MX location on a Hybrid work schedule. In this\nrole, you will have a significant impact on the success of our process\nimprovement efforts and the overall customer satisfaction. You will be\nresponsible for driving process improvements, identifying opportunities for\nimprovements, failure trends, and root causes, and implementing systemic\nresolutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    •  \nLead and support process improvement initiatives to drive end-to-end\nimprovements
    •  \nAnalyze data to identify opportunities for improvements, failure trends,\nand root causes
    •  \nIdentify areas for improvement in Customer interfacing processes like Order\nFulfillment and Returns Processes
    •  \nDevelop and implement strategies and initiatives to optimize operational\nprocesses
    •  \nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and\nenhance the overall customer experience
    •  \nImplement systemic resolutions to address process gaps and improve\nefficiencyYOU MUST HAVE

    •  \nBachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical\ndiscipline or related field
    •  \nSix Sigma Black Belt certification
    •  \nMinimum 4 years of experience in process improvement or related roles
    •  \nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills
    •  \nEffective communication and interpersonal skills
