Sr. Adv. Supplier Quality Engineer
This role establishes, maintains, and improves all areas of responsibility within the Quality System to ensure that Suppliers and their Processes are in compliance. **In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** + Act as an advisor to quality teams and provide support + Lead the responsibilities of the approved supplier list + Manage and supervise the completion of first articles for acceptance and/or rejection of parts + Perform and approve PPAPs for new parts and new suppliers + Ensure compliance with the procedures, standards, and specifications established in the Quality Management System + Conduct supplier audits and reviews of the product, process, and systems + Compile corrective action reports (8Ds) and document them in the corrective action management system + Support process inspection criteria analysis by reviewing work instructions, drawings, schematics, and agency files **Who You Are:** + You are an expert that demonstrates adaptability, ability to work in a team, ability to propose new ideas, simplify processes, develop projects, you also demonstrate decision making, personal and team leadership. Ability to influence others, analytical thinking, objective approach and accountability. **For This Role, You Will Need:** + Bachelor´s degree on Egineering + 2 years of experience in Manufacturing or Quality Management processes + 1 year of experience working with suppliers, supplier development or audits for suppliers. **Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:** + Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) + Advanced English + Knowledge in GD&T + Experience with manual dimensional measuring equipment (such as vernier calipers, micrometers, etc.). + Knowledge in Statistical process control and AQP/PPAP **Our Culture & Commitment to You:** + We recognize the importance of employee well-being and know that being your best self requires flexible and competitive benefit plans that meet the physical, mental, financial and social needs of yourself and your family.
