Our client, a respected nonprofit, seeks a Senior Administrative Assistant to offer high-level support and help drive operational efficiency across teams. This position is perfect for someone with significant administrative experience who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
+ Support Executive Leadership: Provide advanced administrative support to leadership, managing schedules, organizing meetings, and preparing agendas.
+ Project Coordination: Assist with the planning and execution of organizational projects, ensuring deadlines are met and details are accurate.
+ Document Preparation: Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations for internal and external audiences.
+ Data Management: Manage records, databases, and spreadsheets, ensuring information is accurate and accessible.
+ Event Support: Coordinate logistics for meetings, workshops, and events, including booking venues and preparing materials.
+ Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and resolve administrative or operational challenges to streamline workflows.
+ Operational Oversight: Provide additional office management support, including supply inventory, vendor communication, and equipment maintenance.
Requirements
+ Experience: Minimum of 4–6 years of administrative experience, preferably supporting leadership or in a nonprofit organization.
+ Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Familiarity with project management tools and CRM systems is a plus.
+ Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft professional correspondence and presentations.
+ Organizational Skills: Superior organizational abilities, attention to detail, and capacity to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
+ Problem-Solving Ability: Resourceful, adaptable, and forward-thinking in anticipating needs and resolving challenges.
+ Mission-Driven Personality: A passion for supporting nonprofit goals and contributing to impactful projects.
