Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Administrative Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our team/executive leadership. This individual will play a key role in enhancing the efficiency of the organization by managing a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and serving as the go-to resource for organizational coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for executives or team members.
+ Prepare, edit, and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations.
+ Serve as a point of contact between internal departments and external stakeholders.
+ Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost professionalism.
+ Support office operation tasks, including inventory management, vendor communication, and project coordination as needed.
+ Assist with event planning and logistics for meetings, conferences, and special projects.
+ Maintain and update filing systems, records, and databases to ensure accurate and organized documentation.
+ Identify and implement process improvements to enhance workflow efficiency.
Requirements
+ Experience: 5+ years of administrative experience, preferably in a senior or executive environment.
+ Education: High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
+ Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); familiarity with collaboration tools like Zoom, Slack, or Microsoft Teams is a plus.
+ Soft Skills: Exceptional organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
+ Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
+ Professionalism: Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with discretion.
+ Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
