Sr. Administrative Assistant
Description

Summary:
The Sr. Administrative Assistant performs a moderate range of duties; provides support to a department or multiple managers. 

Duties & Responsibilities:

Effectively work in a fast-paced environment and eliminate distractions and handle items before they become a problem.Answers the telephone, prepares, edits and may compose correspondence, maintains and establishes files. Provides information and resolves problems where multiple non-standard solutions are available. Maintains calendar and schedules meetings. Gathers data and prepares reports. Orders supplies and processes special payment authorizations and expense reimbursements. May train other employees and participate in special projects.Performs other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

High School diplomaMinimum of 3 years' experience in administrative support role

​Preferred Qualifications:

Demonstrated effectiveness in a fast-paced environment and ability to quickly prioritize multiple assignments & duties to meet tight deadlines.Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with extreme attention to detail.  Strong interpersonal, organizational, planning and time management skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Access, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).

IMPORTANT: There will be pre-work assigned prior to the official interview.
