Description
Our client is looking for a highly organized and proactive Senior Administrative Assistant to support key executives and teams. This role is more than just administrative tasks—it’s about being a trusted partner and resource for senior-level staff. As a Senior Administrative Assistant, you’ll handle a variety of responsibilities that require exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Provide high-level administrative support to executives or senior management, assisting with complex calendar management, meeting coordination, and email correspondence.
+ Prepare, proofread, and edit documents, presentations, and reports to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
+ Plan and execute logistical requirements for meetings, events, or travel arrangements, including itineraries, expense reports, and follow-ups.
+ Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external communications, handling matters confidentially and efficiently.
+ Manage and maintain records, databases, and filing systems for quick and accurate retrieval of information.
+ Assist in compiling data for reports, research, and analysis; prepare summaries and executive-ready presentations.
+ Act as a liaison between departments and executives, ensuring smooth communication and the flow of information.
+ Support ad hoc projects and initiatives as required, including delegating tasks to other administrative staff when necessary.
Requirements
+ 3+ years of administrative experience, with proven experience supporting senior leadership preferred.
+ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with project management or communication tools (e.g., Slack, Asana) is a plus.
+ Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
+ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to draft clear and professional correspondence.
+ High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
+ Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred but not required.
