Job Title: Sales Representative - Amazon Hub Delivery
Job Description

Join our dynamic Amazon Hub Delivery team, a rapidly expanding delivery network that empowers small businesses to earn extra income by delivering in their flex time. We are committed to building the largest network of small business delivery partners globally while enhancing our customer experience. We seek a top-performing sales representative to join our team and make a significant impact in challenging regions. In this role, you will have the opportunity to transform local businesses across the country by recruiting new business partners to join Hub Delivery.

ResponsibilitiesTravel to new and established markets to represent our program.Generate program interest through in-person prospecting and building relationships with community leaders.Educate small businesses about Amazon Hub Delivery, generate interest, and create a candidate funnel tracked in CRM (Salesforce).Collaborate with regional Business Development Managers and internal stakeholders to grow candidate networks.Develop acquisition strategies based on market analysis and current program footprint.Acquire new delivery partners through referrals, door-to-door knocking, and hosting local events.Set accurate expectations with candidates to ensure trust and establish long-term successful partnerships.Identify opportunities for operational improvements to enhance the Partner experience.Manage funnel opportunities when not traveling to continue program growth in partnership with internal stakeholders and potential partners.Essential SkillsField SalesOutside SalesBusiness DevelopmentAccount ManagementSalesforceAbility to travel 75% of the timeValid driver's license and ability to rent a carExcellent interpersonal skillsAdditional Skills & Qualifications2+ years of field sales experienceConsistent track record of exceeding sales goalsBilingual in Spanish is a nice-to-haveWork Environment

This role is office-based when not on assignment in the field and requires 75% travel, with travel costs reimbursed. The work environment involves high visibility within the leadership team and offers the potential for long-term employment. Team members can earn standard and team-based commissions by meeting sales targets. This opportunity provides a collaborative and supportive environment, emphasizing the growth and success of both individual and team efforts.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $34.00 - $34.00/hr.
