DescriptionThe Senior Associate Director, Payor Access Marketing is responsible for developing and deploying brand and TA focused strategies and tactics that deliver a positive experience with payor customers which lead to optimal brand access. She/he will ensure payor strategies and tactics align with brand/ customer experience objectives and strategies and will be the primary point for developing programs and delivering tactics for the IBP. This position will partner with Brand, Contracting, HEOR, Pricing and Contract Strategy, Access Solutions, and other members of Payor Solutions Marketing to ensure alignment across disciplines. They will work across TAs with the other Payor Access Marketing team members to ensure a seamless and consistent BI approach to customer interactions to further enhance the customer experience. In addition, they will work closely with Payor Sales to provide support and direction as well as gather ongoing customer insights. They will work closely with Training to develop training needed to equip Payor Sales team to execute TA and brand strategies and tactics. The incumbent is responsible for managing vendors and agencies to develop brand payor messaging and tactics (branded sales/promotional tools, convention/symposia, PR/media, web strategy, launch planning, etc.). The incumbent will work closely with A&I to generate insights as well as ensure Payor Access Marketing has adequate reporting and data to monitor business, identify trends, and will make ongoing recommendations based upon information and identified data gaps. Also responsible for executing integrated engagement (via the sales representatives through non-personal promotion).

This role is based on-site at our Ridgefield, CT location with hybrid flexibility of 2-3 days per week on-site.
Duties & Responsibilities Support payor strategy development and lead development and execution of key strategic initiatives and materials that provide direction and support to Payor SalesProvide recommendations and make adjustments at the channel level to align with Brand and Payor strategies and objectivesProvide account level consultation with Payor SalesEffective project management results by proactively organizing projects and activities and by prioritization of efforts to fully exploit greatest potential based upon marketplace trends, opportunities and BI business needsManages agencies and vendorsGains HPRC approval for materials as requiredProject manages strategic work streams and maintains and looks for opportunities to improve and enhance collaboration/solution approaches to Payor accounts and seamless execution by Payor sales in order to enhance the Payor customer experienceLeads training and tactical roll-out of strategies and tactics to Payor SalesCollaborates very closely with Contracting, Payor and Contract Strategy, and Access Solutions to ensure alignment of contracting options, patient affordability programs, field training and execution and TA/Brand/Payor strategies and objectives. This is to include channel view.Provides direction to key stakeholders if any gaps in alignmentManages payor data and reporting and is the primary interface with A&I and Market Access regarding reports and data.Identifies gaps and makes marketing research recommendations.Supports a performance based culture with clear accountability and sense of urgency for achieving results.Provides clear direction to support teams and ensuring alignment across key stakeholders.Collaborates across TAs to enhance the customer experience with BI.Requirements Bachelor´s degree from an accredited institution required; Master´s degree from an accredited institution preferred. 6+ years experience in pharmaceutical industry, including 3 years in US pharmaceutical marketing experience, managed markets experience or other relevant experience.Experience working directly with digital partners to develop and execute initiatives strongly preferred (e.g. Google, third party media providers, social media community platforms, etc.)Experience in guiding and integrating digital analytics and driving metrics based optimization strongly preferredManaged markets customer facing accountability and experience (i.e. Account Management or similar) preferred Demonstrated leadership abilityDemonstrated project management skillsDemonstrated ability to manage budget and resourcesDemonstrated ability to achieve results in a highly matrixed organization and a history fo successful performanceDemonstrates acceptable level of performance for all Marketing competenciesAbility to travel (may include overnight travel)Eligibility Requirements: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction.Must be willing to take a drug test and post-offer physical (if required).Must be 18 years of age or older.
