Description Are you a seasoned accounting professional looking to take your career to the next level? Robert Half is looking for a dedicated Senior Accountant for a growing client in the Louisville market. As a Senior Accountant, you will play a vital role in overseeing financial processes, preparing reports, and supporting decision-making by delivering accurate and timely accounting insights. Responsibilities: + Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. + Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial reporting. + Handle complex journal entries and adjustments, including accruals and deferrals. + Support audits by providing necessary documentation and responding to inquiries. + Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement. + Ensure compliance with GAAP and other applicable regulations. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance and operations, to streamline processes. + Mentor and guide junior accountants, fostering professional development within the team.
