Description We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our team in Loveland, Colorado. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong attention to detail to contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records while supporting critical accounting processes. Responsibilities: • Manage month-end closing activities, ensuring timely and accurate reporting. • Oversee general ledger activities, including account maintenance and reconciliation. • Prepare and review journal entries to ensure compliance with accounting standards. • Perform account reconciliations to validate financial data and resolve discrepancies. • Complete bank reconciliations to maintain accurate cash flow records. • Utilize SAP HANA and PeopleSoft systems to streamline accounting operations. • Support the implementation of improvements in accounting processes and procedures. • Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights and reporting. • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal controls. • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and audit documentation. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • Proven experience in month-end close processes and general ledger management. • Proficiency in preparing journal entries and reconciling accounts. • Strong knowledge of bank reconciliation processes. • Hands-on experience with SAP HANA and PeopleSoft accounting systems. • Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy. • Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively in a team environment. • Solid understanding of accounting principles and regulatory compliance.
