We’re seeking a collaborative, detail-oriented, and driven Senior Accountant to join our growing finance team and help build scalable accounting functions to support our fast-paced, high-growth environment. Role Overview: As a Senior Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating critical financial accounting and reporting processes. You will leverage your technical expertise, particularly within a manufacturing context, to support month-end close activities, oversee consolidation for multi-international entities, and implement or optimize accounting operations. This role offers a unique opportunity to help shape accounting processes within an innovative, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: + Accounting Operations: Manage accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), and billing functions, ensuring compliance with company policies and Revenue Accounting / ASC 842 standards + Month-End Close: Execute and oversee month-end close processes, including preparing journal entries and reconciling accounts. Must demonstrate a strong understanding of accruals. + Consolidation: Perform consolidation of multi-international entities, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with global standards. + Systems Implementation: Support the implementation and optimization of NetSuite ERP platform, leveraging 4+ years of experience with NetSuite. + Process Development: Help develop and refine accounting processes to support scalability in a high-growth manufacturing environment. + Compliance: Apply expertise in GAAP standards and lease accounting practices to ensure compliance in all relevant transactions. + Reporting: Provide reporting insights to stakeholders to support decision-making. Requirements Required Qualifications: + Education & Experience: Minimum 4+ years of professional accounting experience with at least 2+ years as a Senior Accountant. + Industry Experience: At least 1 year of experience as an Accountant in the Manufacturing industry. + Technical Skills: Expertise in AR, AP, billing, and ASC 842 (lease) standards. Strong understanding of ERP systems. Ability to process high volume of billing transactions. + Software Proficiency: Proficient in Netsuite, Ramp, Bill.com and Expensify. Advanced MS Excel skills (pivot tables, v-lookups, Macros or VBA). + Accounting Processes: Demonstrated ability to oversee and execute high-volume transactions with accuracy and efficiency. + Cross-Border Accounting: Prior experience consolidating multi-international entities. + Improvement Focus: Willingness to collaboratively develop new accounting functions and processes to fit business needs. Preferred Qualifications: + Experience with high-growth companies or startups is highly desirable.
