Description Robert Half is partnering with one of our valued clients to fill a Senior Accountant position for a temporary project. This role will play a key part in supporting the accounting team during a critical reporting period. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting experience and familiarity with Oracle ERP systems. + Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements + Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes + Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities + Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies + Collaborate with cross-functional teams including FP& A, operations, and external auditors + Assist with process improvements and automation initiatives + Utilize Oracle ERP for accounting functions and reporting (preferred) Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Minimum 5 years of hands-on accounting experience Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general ledger systems Experience with Oracle ERP strongly preferred Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and organizational skills Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, project-based environment CPA or active pursuit is a plus Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
