Description We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to join our team in the Denver Tach Center. This role is ideal for someone who excels in financial reporting, reconciliation, and month-end close processes. You will play a key role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of the company’s financial records. Responsibilities: • Oversee and execute month-end close procedures, ensuring timely completion and accuracy. • Manage the general ledger and ensure all entries are properly recorded and categorized. • Prepare and review journal entries to maintain accurate financial records. • Perform account reconciliations to ensure consistency and resolve discrepancies. • Handle bank reconciliations and ensure alignment with company accounts. • Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making. • Assist in preparing detailed financial reports for management review. • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in accounting. • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. • Support audits by providing necessary documentation and resolving inquiries. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or a related field. • Proficiency in month-end close procedures and general ledger management. • Strong ability to prepare accurate journal entries and perform account reconciliations. • Familiarity with bank reconciliations and financial reporting processes. • Solid understanding of accounting principles and regulatory compliance. • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications. • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
