Description We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant for our growing client in Nashville, Tennessee. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring financial accuracy, maintaining compliance, and supporting organizational efficiency. Responsibilities: • Develop strategies to optimize costs and maximize revenue streams. • Prepare detailed documentation to support external audit processes. • Examine financial statements to identify inconsistencies and promptly report findings. • Organize and oversee semi-annual audits, while providing necessary support during audit procedures. • Complete monthly account reconciliations to guarantee accurate financial reporting and ledger maintenance. • Assign and monitor accounting tasks within the team to ensure workflow efficiency. • CPA or CPA eligible Qualified candidates contact Daniel Shomo Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience with a focus on attention to detail. • Expertise in managing the accounting close process. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve financial discrepancies. • Proficiency in preparing audit documentation and coordinating audit activities. • Experience in account reconciliation and maintaining precise financial records. • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to delegate effectively. • Knowledge of accounting principles and compliance standards. • Strong communication skills to collaborate with teams and external auditors.
