Responsibilities: • Lead month-end close procedures to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. • Manage and maintain the general ledger, ensuring all entries are properly recorded. • Prepare and review journal entries to streamline accounting processes. • Conduct thorough account reconciliations to validate financial data. • Handle bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy in cash flow records. • Oversee system implementation projects to enhance accounting efficiencies and reporting capabilities.Ja Requirements • Proven experience in month-end close processes and financial reporting. • Strong knowledge of general ledger management and accounting principles. • Proficiency in preparing and reviewing journal entries. • Solid expertise in account and bank reconciliations. • Familiarity with system implementation and process improvement. • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. • Strong communication abilities to collaborate effectively with teams.
