Description We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to join our team in Moon Township, Pennsylvania. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, focusing on financial reporting, audits, and process improvements to ensure the organization's financial accuracy and efficiency. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical accounting expertise and a keen eye for detail. Responsibilities: • Prepare and review financial statements, accounting records, and tax documents to ensure accuracy and compliance. • Analyze operational budgets and develop detailed reporting to support business decisions. • Perform audits to verify adherence to established standards and regulations. • Design and implement new processes to enhance financial workflows and efficiency. • Reconcile general ledger accounts, including bank accounts and credit card transactions. • Manage and record journal entries, accruals, and adjustments with precision. • Execute month-end and year-end closing procedures to maintain timely financial reporting. • Collaborate with auditors by fulfilling audit requests and supporting documentation. • Provide insightful analysis and reports to assist the management team in decision-making. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a closely related field. • At least 5-7 years of accounting experience with a focus on detail and accuracy. • Strong technical accounting knowledge and expertise. • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines. • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills. • Experience with tools such as NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, and Microsoft Excel for financial tasks.
