Description Rapidly growing company in Northwest Houston is adding an Accounting Manager to their team! The Accounting Manager will work closely with the Controller and supervise a team of 3. The responsibilities will include the following: . Prepare and analyze financial statements. . Manage month-end close process and related accounts reconciliation. . Assist with forecasting and budgeting process. . Prepare various tax returns to multiple taxing authorities. . Coordinate with external auditors during annual audit process. . Assist in payroll processing. . Support compliance and internal controls to ensure accuracy in compliance. . Support controller & CFO with special projects. Must have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, a minimum of 4 years' experience and hands on experience using NetSuite.
