Position Type: Full Time/Permanent Position Recruiter Contact: Sal Fiorillo - Sal.Fiorillo@Roberthalf Job reference: SF0013256636 Main Responsibilities: + Participate in month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entry preparation and reconciliation. + Maintain and reconcile bank and general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data + Assist in the preparation of sales and use tax returns & financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. + Oversee weekly payroll processing, ensuring accurate tax withholdings and benefit allocations. + Manage compliance for Sales and Use Tax filings across federal, state, and local jurisdictions. + Conduct financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making and strategic planning initiatives. + Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancement within the finance department. + Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management.
