Description Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join their established finance team. This role will play a key part in ensuring the accuracy of financial records, supporting month-end close processes, and contributing to ongoing improvements in financial operations. The ideal candidate has strong GAAP knowledge, excellent analytical skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: + Perform month-end and year-end close procedures, including journal entries and account reconciliations + Maintain the general ledger and ensure accuracy of all financial data + Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with GAAP + Support budgeting and forecasting processes + Assist with audits by preparing schedules and responding to auditor inquiries + Reconcile bank and credit card accounts + Monitor and analyze accounting data to produce financial reports + Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to system upgrades or enhancements + Ensure compliance with internal policies and financial regulations Requirements Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field + 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience + Strong understanding of US GAAP and financial reporting + Proficiency with ERP system(s) & Microsoft Excel + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills + Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
