Description Robert Half Talent Solutions is working with a global manufacturer in Southwestern Missouri searching for a Senior Accountant. Senior Accountant responsibilities include: • Preparation of month end journal entries, account reconciliations for inventory and inventory adjustments. • Supporting the month-end and year-end close processes. • Preparation of financial reports and KPI’s, measuring financial performance related to plant performance. • Standard costing, analysis of volume produced, material usage, labor cost and overhead. • Assisting with the monthly forecasting and annual budgeting for the plant. • Ongoing review of Internal controls, process improvement and review of policies & procedures. • Other duties as assigned. Minimum Senior Accountant qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance • 2+ year of full cycle accounting with manufacturing and standard costing • ERP software exposure (SAP+), intermediate MS Excel Our client offers an excellent benefit package and competitive salary depending on experience.
