Description We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to join our team in Greeley, Colorado. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in accounting who thrive in dynamic environments and are adept at managing financial processes with precision and efficiency. Responsibilities: • Perform comprehensive account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial standards. • Manage balance sheet reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner. • Conduct detailed bank reconciliations to maintain integrity in financial reporting. • Oversee the general ledger, ensuring all transactions are properly recorded and categorized. • Prepare and post journal entries to support accurate financial documentation. • Lead month-end close processes, ensuring deadlines are met and financial statements are complete. • Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel functions to analyze and present financial data effectively. • Work with accounting software such as NetSuite, Oracle, and SAP to streamline operations and reporting. Requirements • A minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or a related field. • Proficiency in performing account, balance sheet, and bank reconciliations. • Strong knowledge of general ledger management and journal entries. • Expertise in month-end close processes and financial reporting. • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas and data analysis. • Hands-on experience with accounting software such as NetSuite, Oracle, or SAP. • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently while meeting strict deadlines.
