Position Summary
This is a premier leadership role for a highly experienced and driven field sales professional ready to make a significant impact. You will own the responsibility of not only maintaining but aggressively growing order volume, sales, and profit margins across both existing and new customer accounts. As a key leader, you will inspire, mentor, and empower the Direct Sales Team to exceed their targets, fueling the division’s overall financial success and market dominance.
You will be a strategic partner, collaborating seamlessly with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer solutions and drive business innovation. Your proactive leadership and commitment to excellence will directly support and advance the corporation’s Win Strategy, positioning the company as a market leader.

Sales Team Lead Responsibilities

+ Drive Brand & Industry Presence: Collaborate with Marketing & Communications to create impactful customer campaigns, manage trade show participation, and lead in-house seminars. Represent the company as a leader in industry trade organizations.
Sales Team Lead Skills
+ Industry & Product Mastery: Deep expertise in dry dust collection and baghouse filtration — know the products inside out and troubleshoot complex customer challenges across Cement, Carbon Black, Power Generation, Metals, and more.

Required Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering with a minimum of 10 years’ Sales or Heavy industrial manufacturing engineer experience
+ High level of Industry & Technical Application Knowledge
+ Communicate highly effectively both oral and written
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills within all levels of an organization internally and externally, i.e. purchasing to C-level contacts
+ Highly Proficient in CRM, Power BI or equivalent, & Microsoft suite software products.
+ Must be able to travel overnight a minimum of 30%. Will vary and may increase based on customer and business needs
+ Demonstrates ability to lead team and sustain orders and sales growth
+ Proven track record of exceeds plus experience
+ Available for weekend, off hour, and holiday on call assignments
Preferred Qualifications:
+ 15+ years of Sales experience with at least 5 years in a leadership support role
+ 5+ years’ experience in managing projects
