About the Job As a Senior Account Executive (AE) focused on the Manufacturing vertical, you’ll play a key role in growing our client base by connecting organizations with Brightly’s software solutions. This is a consultative sales role where you’ll lead the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—with support from a collaborative team and dedicated SDRs.
What you will do • Drive new business by selling Brightly solutions to manufacturing clients in your territory. • Build relationships through outbound outreach and follow-up on marketing and SDR-generated leads. • Use tools like SalesForce to build personalized outreach cadences. • Lead impactful product presentations and demos with support from solution consultants. • Manage your pipeline and forecast accurately using SalesForce. • Guide prospects through their buying journey—from discovery to negotiation and close. • Collaborate with sales leadership to develop fresh strategies that drive long-term success.
What you need • 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or a related role. • Proven success managing a full sales cycle and consistently meeting or exceeding targets. • Curiosity and drive to learn, grow, and improve. • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills. • Proficiency with Salesforce, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and virtual collaboration tools. • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.

The pay range for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 annually with a commission target of 50% - 75%. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
