The ideal candidate will be responsible for the net new development of new code, ensuring their optimal performance and reliability. Someone who has soley been in a maintenance focused role will not be a fit for this due to the amount of scratch coding that will be required for this. This role requires a strong understanding of .NET technologies, SQL Server, MVC, Visual Studio, and XML. Skills and Requirements - 6-7+ years' experience in .NET Framework, .NET development, understands and quickly learns architecture + infrastructure -Greenfield development - Legacy applications; at highest version of framework BEFORE Core - v 4.8 or 4.7 - Have some newer applications in .NET Core as well - SQL Server and Oracle database experience on the backend, including optimizing queries and troubleshooting performance issues - Strong net-new code development in C# -Design, implement, and manage APIs to support both internal and external integrations.
