What You’ll Do: + Act as a subject matter expert of the Yardi Voyager Core, International, Investment Management and Commercial modules. + Work together with Clients, the Business and DBO Colleagues to ensure successful onboarding of Clients. + Deliver 2nd line support to end users of CBRE Yardi Voyager platforms using the in-house ticketing system. + Prioritize and analyse received tickets. + Understand and resolve complex issues raised by users. + Participate in the change process by being a Change Manager. What You’ll Need: + Minimum 4 Yrs. experience in relevant field. + Relevant university or college degree + Thorough understanding and expertise in Yardi Voyager + Excellent communication skills in English. Other languages are an advantage + Strong service orientation, business awareness. + Ability to prioritize and manage workload. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Good knowledge of MS Office applications. + Team player + Knowhow of Smartsheet, SQL + Experience with the Yardi Voyager Investment Management and Residential module is an advantage.
