Sr UX Designer

A B2B/B2C UX Designer is a highly collaborative, user-centric professional responsible for crafting intuitive and scalable experiences across hybrid SaaS platforms. This role involves designing solutions for both business-facing users (e.g., administrators, internal teams, decision-makers) and end consumers, requiring a deep understanding of varying user motivations, workflows, and expectations. The UX Designer works with a high degree of independence while aligning closely with product managers, engineers, and brand teams to ensure design excellence across both B2B and B2C touchpoints.

As the company continues to scale, the B2B/B2C UX Designer plays a pivotal role in maturing design systems, optimizing user journeys, and ensuring consistency and accessibility across web and mobile products.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Lead end-to-end UX design process, from user research and discovery to final design and developer handoff

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, map user flows, and create high-fidelity mockups for both business and consumer users

Balance complex enterprise workflows with accessible and engaging consumer interfaces across shared product environments

Build and contribute to scalable design systems that support both internal tools and customer-facing products

Conduct usability testing, stakeholder interviews, and heuristic evaluations to uncover pain points and opportunities

Translate insights from data (quantitative and qualitative) into actionable UX improvements

Ensure designs are consistent with accessibility standards (WCAG), responsive across devices, and brand-aligned

Present designs and lead discussions with stakeholders to drive consensus and clarity

Iterate designs based on user feedback, engineering constraints, and business goals

Support marketing and customer success teams by creating user-focused assets for onboarding and communication

Stay current with UX trends, industry patterns, and design technologies

SKILLS/EDUCATION/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE/ABILITIES

Required:

3+ years of UX/UI experience designing for both B2B and B2C products

Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered product design across multiple personas and use cases

Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or other design and prototyping software

Experience with design systems and scalable interface patterns

Strong understanding of responsive design, information architecture, and accessibility standards

Demonstrated experience conducting or supporting user research and usability testing

Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to justify design decisions

Familiarity with Agile workflows and cross-functional collaboration

Desired:

Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field

Experience working with SaaS platforms, marketplaces, or multi-audience products

Exposure to front-end development concepts (HTML/CSS/JS)

Experience using analytics tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, or Mixpanel

A systems thinker with a strong eye for visual polish and interaction nuance

Ability to collaborate across departments and synthesize broad feedback
